BUILDERSOFT L.L.C. (“Buildersoft”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website, registered at Rruga Tirana, C4 nr 23, 10000 Prishtine, Kosovo. 1.2 Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider logs standard technical data for security and reliability purposes, including IP address, user agent, and timestamps. This information is not used to build profiles of individual visitors.
1.3 Bot-prevention data
We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form to distinguish humans from automated bots. Google may collect device and browser signals and your IP address to compute a risk score. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To respond to enquiries: We read and act on messages submitted via the contact form and may follow up with you by email.
- To deliver engagements: If our engagement proceeds, we will use the information you share in line with the Statement of Work and any Data Processing Agreement we sign.
- To secure the service: We use reCAPTCHA and server-side logs to detect and prevent abuse.
- To comply with law: We may process data to meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

- Consent — when you voluntarily submit information through the contact form.
- Legitimate interests — operating and securing our website, responding to business enquiries, and improving our services.
- Contractual necessity — processing data required to negotiate, perform, or manage a contract you have entered into with us.

4. How We Share Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers we rely on to operate the website and communications (e.g. our email system powered by Kafka-driven notifications, hosting providers, and Google reCAPTCHA).
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting, audit) where necessary.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
Some of our providers may process data outside of the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Data Retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months) to maintain a record of our communications. Data processed in the course of a paid engagement is retained according to the applicable SOW and our legal obligations. Technical logs are retained for a short period (generally less than 90 days) and are rotated automatically.

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, audit logging, and secure infrastructure. 9. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
