Glossary
All terms- Depth
- The switch in the ask box that sets how hard Inkling works on a question: Quick, Pro or Research. A depth is not a plan.
- Stamp
- The line above every answer: a chip such as “Quick answer”, then the tier, the time taken, the sources read and any figures.
- Direct answer
- An answer written without a web search, stamped “nothing searched”. A Pro or Research unit spent on it is given back.
- Discussion
- A saved question and its follow-ups, listed in Discussions.
- Things to check
- Translate’s dotted underlines on the numbers, amounts, dates, durations and names it carried across.
- HandlePro
- On Pro, your public name. /@handle lists the pages you publish under it.
